Delete your account

In the app (recommended)

Open Lumo.
Tap Settings → Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

If you can't open the app

Email destek@babylumo.app from your account's email address with the subject "Delete account". We complete requests within 30 days and let you know.

What is deleted

Your account, sign-in data and display name.
Family books that are only yours, with all their encrypted memories, photos, videos and voice notes.
Your files in Lumo Cloud.

What is kept

Books shared with another parent stay with that parent.
Sealed time-capsule letters are kept for their opening day.
Files in Google Drive or OneDrive stay in your account unless you ask us to delete them during deletion.
Purchase records are kept for the period tax law requires. Cancel your subscription separately with Apple or Google.
